Just went in today about 10 mins before they close. Receptionist was really nice so as the nurses and Dr. Kara. Dr. Kara was very cooperative and caring. She showed her concern when I explained her my situation. I felt much better after my visit. For any urgent issues you may have, please do not hesitate to to visit this urgent care. You will get an immediate attention and care that you need. Best urgent care in lake Charles. Thank you Dr Kara for staying late hours today to get my blood work report.

My family has been extremely satisfied with every visit that we have made to this facility! The staff is very professional, always introduces themselves and our care has been great! We have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be assessed! HIGHLY Recommend!

Excellent service quick, clean and professional. Went in yesterday 1/1/17 with chest congestion, woke up this morning all cleared up.

Went to them for pain in my hip, They were very professional and attended my needs without a long wait.  Went back again for a followup and they were recommending that I see a specialist. I asked to wait one week and now am returning for them to refer me.  They were concerned and asked lots of questions.  I was pleased with the way they handled my problem.
