It is very difficult to admit that one needs to seek legal assistance for bankruptcy.  Yet we found ourselves in that position.  Ryan Caldwell offers a free first consultation so that one can get an overview of the process and make an informed decision about proceeding.  He conducts even that first interview with personal attention, offering a clear and precise overview of the process.  Once he took our case, we were never in a confusing situation.  He handled all the paperwork and gave to us our work to do with clear instructions.  In the court room he was again very professional and personal in caring for our case.  No one wants to be in this position, but Ryan Caldwell took us through with professionalism and a caring attitude.  We are thankful for him.

Ryan was great explaining the steps involved in the bankruptcy process and was there to explain exactly what to expect and when each step would be complete. Bankruptcy can be a very stressful and confusing time and you need to be sure you have the right lawyer who will be there every step of the way, and that was exactly the kind of help I received from Ryan. Highly recommended, you can trust him to guide you through this process.

If you are looking for a lawyer that is not only competent, but also compassionate and kind, Ryan is that kind of lawyer. He helped us through a very difficult time in our life.
