Absolutely appalled at the unprofessional experience.  Walked in at 4:05pm and the hours posted said open until 5pm. Without even asking why I was bringing my daughter in she rudely said "I am not taking anymore patients today." Why have hours posted if your not going to follow them. What is the point of a "walk in" clinic if you cannot walk in! The only explanation I was given was that "she" (the Dr.) wanted to leave by 5pm. We are a small town and in my opinion it is experiences like this that ruin that feeling. I will never take my child there again, I would sooner wait 5 hours at the emerge!

Dr al kazeely is disrespectful, dismissive. Rushes you out the door. Walks out while speaking. Wont look at you while you are talking. Refuses to write refuses and openly mocks you if he disagrees with your opinion

I'd give this zero stars if that were an option! This was such a horrible experience, biggest waste of time, I would have been better off googling the issue than taking this "doctors" advice. First off he came in an hour after they opened, secondly he didn't even care about my baby. He never took her temperature, just said it's a virus...I had to ask him to check her ears and he rolled his eyes at me. I'll never go here again. What a Joke for a clinic.

Doctor shows up at 11 when his clinic is open at 10. This place is sucks!!!!

Enjoyed the experience here. I brought my sick child and didn't even need to wait before being put into a room. I love that they keep a detailed file on the computer system that includes past visits etc. Pretty good for a walk in! Our prescription was ready and waiting at the pharmacy in the lobby since the doctor sent it right over before we even left the room! Very efficient. Friendly staff as well.
