Was Christmas day so we had a reservation (thank goodness) it was packed. The service was good, i had the salmon on rice and it was very good, mom had a filet mignon and she said it was very tasty but a little dry. Gene had a combo (ribs, chicken tenders, pulled pork BBQ) the ribs were so dry he asked for some different ribs and they were better, but he said the best part of his meal was the tenders. So a pretty good experience. Hay it keep mom from cooking and that was the main thing. Merry Christmas to all.

Was visiting from out of town and I'd go back next time. Service was great. The brisket was surprisingly tasty for a family chain type restaurant. Vegetables were perfectly cooked. Couldn't really have asked for more.

My home is 4,500 Miles away but there is no visit to the Knoxville area without ordering a full slab of BBQ-ribs with Spinach Maria. They are so good. The full slab is way too much - but no regrets. Special thanks to my waitress Kristina, she was very friendly and super attentive.

Went here for a friend's work Christmas party. This location pulled the same stunt that Maryville did at my son's graduation and only had 1 serve for a huge party. Needed two! Several items have gluten in them like the butter they put on the Salmon. Friend asked for hers with none because she is gluten intolerant and it came out with butter. Sent it back and they scraped the butter off another one and tried to give it to her.

Service was a  100% friendly and very helpful, the food was very tasty and the portions for the price was very good, as the place was very nice.... I'd be back very soon.
