It was my first time at the place and I had different expectations The place is very cozy, the people very good vibe and the bartender very friendly I will definitely come back to have a few beers at the bar, they have good and varied music
Been to this place frequently before renovations and after always a good vibe in the owner are there it's quick-service when he's not good luck on getting a drink on time. The girls are always on the phone seem to get annoyed if you asking for a drink if they look your way at all. Visited the other night the manager girl with the braces was arguing with a customer about a free drink that was offered to him she got in his face and said she hates guy like him for no reason then told them to leave. Poor guy was speechless. So was everyone else that overheard her comments to them
Decent dive bar. Went in for Saturday morning soccer game. The crowd was decent. The staff was OK. Not really interactive. Mostly talked to couple of regulars at bar. But very very clean bar for it being a small hole in wall dive bar.
Great place since Tim took over. He renovated the once beaten down, dive bar giving it a much needed make-over! He did it the right way, gutting the place inside and out. He revamped EVERYTHING so it’s improved tremendously….across the board! Not the typical bar staff that do the bare minimum and only care about the tip you give them Regardless of their performance. The staff @ Cali’s are top shelf only. They all contribute their own flare and personality to cali’s which adds even more character and uniqueness to this awesome bar! They carry themselves professionally, dark dive bar that didn’t feel safe to a friendly, clean and stylish
If you like cool double filtered water. This is the place. Refreshing!!! If you haven’t been to Cali’s you need to check it out. A elegant establishment with super cold beers and a variety of great drinks. My favorite drink is a good Smokey old fashion.
This is an awesome neighborhood bar! The owner, John, is a super friendly guy whose put together a bar that is comfortable to hang out in, meet someone at, or just take a load off and watch a game. It’s clean, it’s well thought out, and you’re guaranteed to have a good time. The beer/liquor selection is on point. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!
The best bar by far. So many cool people, including all of the bar tenders and the owner!! Great conversations, excellent service. Karaoke is LIT and they have like any song you can think of. Shot of Jameson with a shot of their Bloody Mary mix… it’s like elixir. Pool for literally $1. The vibes in this place are always the best. Doesn’t get any better than this!! I’ve become a regular since I discovered this place in January Edit of my original review: John is the best. Best company, great drinks. When he’s gone, although the vibe is still great, you can really feel his presence missing. I sometimes come here at a specific time since I know he’ll be there! Me and my boyfriend really enjoy the flow of things when John is present and how there’s a balance between conversation and space that allows for a really nice time. He’s the owner, and bartends M-F 10-2, and he will provide such a comfortable and enjoyable experience that you get a lil sad when you know he’s leaving for the incoming shift. Love you John!!
I'm always looking for a good karaoke spot in every city I'm in. KJ Scotty really holds it down over here! I love the cleanliness, staff, and chill vibes this place attracts! I usually only go on karaoke nights, but I've been a few other times just to play pool or darts or play some tunes on the jukebox. Security is on point and makes sure everyone is safe. Bartenders make sure to keep me hydrated with water when I've had too much to drink.. and they are one of the only bars I go to that has Hard Kombucha! Clean bathrooms, never a line. Thank you all for keeping up this wonderful establishment!
The best of the best! If you’re looking for the perfect place to hang out, look no further. We came to Cali’s and we instantly knew we would be back time and time again. The bar is huge and super clean. They have pool tables, darts, and tons of tvs. The staff is super friendly and quick even when they’re busy. Cocktails are always perfect and the tap beer is seriously the coldest most crisp beer we’ve ever had! I wish I could give 10 stars!
I have a good time there there was a beautiful bartender there she was kind and all give me some beers there
