I have nothing but incredible things to say about Caliber Collision. After my very first car accident, I had no idea how to approach repairing my car. I looked online at reviews for different collision centers and saw how great the reviews for this place already were, so I decided this might be my best bet in the area. 
Caliber went above and beyond my expectations from the very beginning. They were not only some of the kindest people I've done business with, but also some of the most honest and hardworking. Everyone from Megan at the front desk to Mary the manager did everything they could to make sure that I was up-to-date on what they were doing and when they thought my car would be ready. 
The day after I got my car back from Caliber, I was rear ended again. There was no doubt in my mind that I would be going right back to Caliber for the repairs. I had a time crunch for my car and they made sure I had it before I moved. 
I 100% recommend Caliber Collision. I have not a single negative thing to say about them.

They did an excellent job, price was very reasonable for the damage done and they finished the repairs in less than a day when I dropped the car off for repairs in the morning.  It took them about a week to get the parts which is completely within reason.  Would go to them again if I ever have more car problems!

Awesome place. I went to the Oviedo location and the staff is super friendly and most of all very honest. They told me everything was wrong with my vehicle regardless whether or not it got fixed there.
