I was harassed to complete the survey by the line staff and management by phone and email. Even after telling both managers I was extremely sick and had just returned from a trip less than 24 hours from receiving the first phone call. I hadn't even had a chance to drive my car as I picked it up on a Friday right before closing and left Saturday for a trip. Yet I was expected to evaluate the work.  Yes the body work was nice but I don't care what it looks like I care if I'm safe on the road and my car is properly fixed from the car accident.  Both the adjuster and Caliber guy disregarded my concerns about the alignment being off and 30 days later (literally to the day) my tire is flat on the same side I was hit, I'm at Firestone getting a new tire and an alignment, and the tail light that was supposedly fixed by Caliber is out again. I don't care what Geico says about Caliber providing a lifetime guarantee on the work I"m NEVER using Caliber again! Both times I've used them at different locations I've had issues. No more benefit of the doubt from me.

They didn't want to try to fix our car because they thought the insurance wouldn't pay for the damage that was made. I get that they don't like working with certain insurances but they could have at least tried. We had already called ahead and they said to bring the car even though they could have told us that they wouldn't do it over the phone. They were nice about it and recommended another place though.

Would not let them work on my vehicle again. They are crooked and unprofessional. Definitely a NO....

Had my truck fixed there it was a very bad job would not go there. Maybe the people in office need to get out and see the work is done right
