Caliber has repaired my fathers car and a few friends cars. All of them looked better than when they came off of the showroom floor. after having less than acceptable repairs at other shops, I will never recommend or go to anyone else, even though this shop is 45 minutes from my house.

Andy was great and made us feel comfortable. The work and staff were professional and everything was done exactly when and how they said it would. I would highly recommend them and I would definately use them again (although I hope not for a while)

While my Ford Ranger was at Andy's shop for a rear collision 
repair (which Calibar performed to factory specs) my wife had
an accident with her car at 109 and Wellwood. She called me 
and the Enterprise rental I had wouldn't start. I called Andy, who
arranged the rental. He came to my house to pick me up and take
me to where my wife's accident was. True customer service.
Andy also assisted me with the Enterprise Care Rental bill.
Which was actually, to be paid by the other party for rear ending me to begin with.
Thanks Andy for caring so much.
And, thanks to your crew for a flawless repair. So much so
that when I traded the Ranger in for a van, the Ford dealer couldn't find any evidence of it ever being hit.

Andy was forth-right and honest to a fault!

Very few businesses, look out for the ‘little guy’ in this tough dog-eat-dog economy.
