The quality of services and of products provided by a company is directly impacted by the people they employ. To this end, I am reviewing the employee Jason, who, as a house painting estimator representative of the company, failed miserably. Simply put, the man never showed up at the pre agreed date and time. He never called to cancel and wasn't reachable, as the office was closed on Saturday, the date of the appointment. While this review is specifically of the employee, my hopes are the company takes notice of this review and work toward fixing the problem. 

I'd be happy to update this review should the employee or owner reach out to me and satisfactorily explain why they didn't show up or call to cancel, resulting in wasting a couple of hours of my time.

horrible customer service over the phone, no sense of guidance, and really short with his words. lost some business buddy.
