Although the change was likely due to the pandemic, I think the format of takeout for this kind of food works really well. Ordering online was really easy and pickup was pretty painless and fast. Quality is as great as it has always been from this chain and everything is well packaged and labeled. Will definitely be grabbing lunch from here again.
Yes, obviously I am a fan. I have been to 4 different locations and I would say that I found almost the same quality for the food. The difference is the waiting time and the friendliness of the staff. Again, 411 menu is my favorite w rotisserie chicken additional charge apply. I bought dark meat rotisserie a few times. Like it too. Yum yum.
Pretty standard for a California Chicken Cafe location. Last visit late 2022 and it's still takeout only. Online ordering is pretty straightforward. Can also stand in line outside to order and wait for food. Parking lot at this location is garbage. Not the fault of CCC, but a consideration -- very tight parking spaces, one way driving that isn't marked, speed bumps that are too tall and jarring, horrible layout. Food is good, though, and worth the occasional pain to pick it up.
Was pleasantly surprised. Fresh ingredients, good food, good service, the wraps are huge, fairly priced, and the dressings were amazing! Glad I found this place.Food: 5/5
Always check your order here. The encino location is way better. This place doesn't know what a veggie wrap is and always put chicken in their veggie wrap
Best Chinese chicken salad ever!! I have never had a bad meal here. Always busy but wow they are quick and you get served promptly. My friend had a wrap that was super good
They are some things I like and hate about this place. I like the portions and j love the taste as well. They have a awesome broccoli salad pasta which taste like money. It is considered a side so pease try it. Bad thing is the healthy ness. It’s really not that healthy because they’re heavy on the sauce and on the mayo
This place is ridiculous with Covid hysteria. It's November 2022 and still have exaggerated Covid guidelines. I understand procedures and cautionary guidelines during the height of the pandemic, but this is an overreaction. I can't think of any other business with these exaggerated rules. Won't be coming here anymore. Your food is not that good. So many other businesses that will welcome my money. Goodbye forever California chicken cafe.
Definitely my go to place for some healthy eats, as they always deliver great service and food. If you haven't been here I highly recommend it.Food: 5/5
Chinese chicken are good size. They have wraps, salads, and chicken plates. If in a hurry order on the app and pick up. Plenty of seats if you dining in
