Conveniently located off of Highway 80, this club is perfect for commuters. We offer a variety of group fitness classes, including zumba classes, Tai Chi, cardio kickboxing, exercise bike classes, yoga classes, strength training, and pilates classes.

Our Kidz Klub is exactly what you're looking for in gyms with childcare. Our professionals offer an array of activities to entertain your child(ren) while you enjoy your workout. The Kidz Klub is open Mon-Fri 12:30pm-3:30pm & 3:30pm-9pm and Sat-Sun 8am-1pm.

Been to a few of the cal fit location, all nice and all. But this small homey gym is just my type, not to flashy. I go early morning so its a great place to get in the zone and not worry about walking around people standing around talking cause everyone in there is getting bit in. Plus the staff is very nice, and make feel welcome or call you out if you haven't shown up in awhile. Plus clean, not justbthe staff working hard to keep it clean but other members. Just wish they could stay open later.

It's a decent place to work out all thow to many people sit on there phones while taking up equipment knowing it's peak hours.
