I stupidly locked myself out of the house I was by answering the door to the pizza delivery person and the door locked behind me. No neighbors in town so I was screwed. After a few calls to larger companies, all with weird requirements, Frank helped me get back in and I’m ever so grateful.  The cost to have Frank come out was very very reasonable if you compare it to breaking and replacing a window. Anyway, I would hire Frank in a heartbeat again.

Would like to personally thank the technician that I spoke to who help to address my technical problems involving my safe. He took the time out of his busy schedule which allowed me to make a well informed decision on my next big purchase in  acquiring a key component in the security of most precious valuables. The technician was knowledgeable and informative and deserved a five star positive feedback in his assistance I found.

What a lifesaver!  Mr. Lee saved my boyfriend and I twice from being locked out of our loft Los Angeles!  The first time we got locked out was super late at night and Mr. Lee was the only one who picked up our call and was there in 15 minutes.  Second time he was just as fast getting there and managed to unlock our door in less than 3 minutes!  Nicest guy as well!  If you ever get locked out, PLEASE call him!

I locked myself out of my office. Frank came out to unlock the door for me. He was prompt and professional. Would definitely use CA Lock and Safe again. Thanks Frank!

Great guy who really knows his stuff. Quickly popped the lock on my truck bed cover and then made me a custom key that works like butter. Go here if you have any lock or key issues
