What a fun museum. Such a beautiful layout of Route 66 memorabilia and archives. Delvin is a volunteer whom we had the pleasure of speaking with. He is so knowledgeable about the route and has fun facts to share with anyone who wants to listen. He is very friendly and his excitement to share his stories is contagious. He is great at pointing out some of the smaller details that might get lost in this plethora of goodies. The museum has several cute little photo ops and some larger ones too. This museum is put together well and they take care to display their items so it isn't a bunch of stuff just put in a corner. Would highly recommend the California Route 66 Museum for all ages.
Excellent! Volunteer Lou made our day showing us around and sharing his extensive knowledge! Fun interactive exhibits too! Thanks to our tour operator, Two Lane America, we got to see this treasure! Definite must do!

We really love this place and had a wonderful time with our princess wonderful person's work here .we're from Carson California be back soon.
It was such a treat to finally visit the route 66 museum! The staff was friendly and engaging. I enjoyed seeing the smaller camping trailer, washer and items that put you in that era. It is a smaller-sized museum but the love that volunteers have for it more than makes the visit worth it!

Open Thurs to Sunday. 1st time driving by when they were open. Super sweet volunteer staff and some great memorabilia.
