After the excision on my dads mole the They doctor said that the nurse would come in and patch him up. My dad held a bandage on his leek. We were waiting for over 20 minutes then I went to ask what was going on. So Nurse okwha was actually talking to grace about face masks and skin care products while they left my dad bleeding in the room. They need to prioritize their patients before their personal talk of skin products.

Bad experience felt rushed out. Prescribed medication for allergies and I asked what I have he said I don't know. . then I asked how long do I take meds for ? Do I have to take all my life he replied oh no you only take it all your life minus a day I was like huh. He said ya you stop the day before you die.  I left crying. I went in for hives due to allergies and left not knowing why I get them first and last time I go there.

Had a very unpleasant experience here with Dr. Bloom. Ended up having a bad reaction to a procedure and was treated as if it was a hassle. I repeatedly felt the need to apologize while I tried not to faint (I tend to get nauseous when I see blood). Despite apologizing I tried to make light of the situation by sarcastically saying "fun day" and he replied "for you or for me". Once he had finished he asked his assistant to finish up the process and bandage me up - which she applied a single brown finger bandage on top of my hair where the cut had been. As I got up to leave I feel what I think is sweat on my temple and wipe it only to see blood on my shirt. Then I notice I'm dripping blood on my pants and floor. Again it was treated as if it was a hassle I had just bled on their office and they wrapped gauze around my head to get me out the door.  As someone who works in healthcare this is some of the worst examples of bedside manner I have personally experienced, and I can't in good faith recommend having any removal procedures done here. Basic needs like prescriptions, etc. would be ok to get from here though.
