Very difficult to schedule an appointment. Rarely return your call, & if they do & you are out, they will not call again.  Too bad as Dr. Hambley is wonderful & I recommend him highly.

Had a simple checkup so nothing complicated, but the service was fast & thorough. No complaints.

First time patient, needed additional information for my flex plan to reimburse me for services.  Spoke with over 5 different staff members and left, literally about 10 messages for the office Manager and no one has ever returned my call.  My last resort was to send a form, hopefully it will be looked at and returned.  Very discouraged with this Doctors office.  They leave you on hold for a very long time.  

I don't believe I will be returning.
