Unauthorized, fraudulent charge to my credit card, that they refused to repay; 140x my monthly copay.  Credit card company has been contacted and all information provided. They are filing a claim against Cali Specialty.

Don’t return phone calls. Won’t even commit to AM or PM deliveries. Have zero empathy for the patients that need the medication they supply. Worst specialty pharmacy I have had the displeasure to deal with.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I never received my order. I left a message with the exchange and also spoke with someone. She said I needed to talk with Marybel but that she was on another call. I called back hours later and when I got through to her she couldn't tell me what happened to my order. She put me  on hold and when she got back on the phone she said " ARE YOU SURE YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER? " Wow that's all I have to say.

This is the worst pharmacy in the world.... Completely unprofessional... They are supposed to deliver medication that never arrives. the receptionist Jeanette is so unprofessional. I feel sorry for anyone using this pharmacy it really is a shot in the dark. I have been without medication for 2 months!

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff at california specialty pharmacy in whittier, ca for all their help and especially Terry who helped me find financial help for my dad for his meds. she was on top of everything and kept me in the loop. I usually don't write reviews very often but because of the help and quick response that I received, I am thankful and appreciative. I highly recommend and commend ca specialty pharmacy for their services and amiable staff member.

It is impossible to communicate with these people, they do not answer the phone and when you leave a message they do not return the call. I wonder how they are still in business.
