The California Yacht Club is located in beautiful Marina del Rey, which is the largest manmade small craft harbor in the world. CYC is one of several clubs in the marina but is one of only two clubs that offers full services to its members.
The California Yacht Club has a wonderful community of members who enjoy a packed social calendar of over 500 events throughout the year that features water activities, wine tastings, movies on the front lawn, dock parties, yoga and mimosas, dinner dances, and holiday festivities. CYC is also home to one of the top Junior sailing programs in the country as well as our exclusive restaurant, two heated swimming pools (one for kids and one for adults), 4 paddle tennis courts, two club-owned sailboats for member use, and an extensive list of over 900 reciprocal clubs around the world, including our sister club, the Los Angeles Athletic Club.
The California Yacht Club was founded in 1922 and is one of the most prestigious yacht clubs in the country. CYC has a storied history on the water in regards to racing and rowing as well. You do not have to own a boat in order to join the Club. Come take a tour today!
