I'm usually so picky with boba , but Cali Tea Long Beach hit sooo bad! Love the boba here. The candles and soap are really cute too!! The waiting / eating area is really cute aswell I'll definitely be coming back.
I ordered the matcha milk tea with their cream foam and I’m gonna say, i don’t like it at all. It tastes really strange to me. The best way I can describe it is sorry it’s gonna sound really weird but you know when you smell something and you can kinda taste it? Well to me this tastes like pine Sol floor cleaner smells. Of course I’ve never actually tasted pine Sol with my tongue but how it smells, that’s the closest thing to describe this matcha taste
CaliTea is by and far the best milk tea available !!! It's customized to your taste. There are a bunch of tea leaf options, fruit jelly and boba options as well as the option to get hot or cold tea!!! Bruh! Everything on their top sellers list is a banger!!! Oh, and it's affordable! Don't miss out, y'all!
I ordered the Cali Milk Tea with honey boba. I can say that this drink is one you may end up drinking fairly quickly if you're not careful because it is good. Starting with a list of the positives: 1 Service. Very professional and nice employees, they made the experience great. 2 Diverse menu. This could be a pro if all the drinks are up to the same standard, or a con if some are lacking. I haven't tried all of them, but I love the options. 3 Access to a restroom that is relatively clean. 4 Plenty of seating, doesn't feel congested. 5 Drink itself is great, glad that you allow sweetness adjustments. A few things that stop me from giving the location 5 stars which I *rarely* do: 1 Bathroom, it's clean as far as public restrooms go but please make use of the soap dispenser and not a $1 plastic bottle of soap to the side. It'll hold more soap, it was nearly out when I went to use it because it's such a small bottle. 2 Parking. This isn't necessarily their fault, but it is a concern. It was a bit difficult finding a spot when I wanted to visit. If the small lot is filled, you'll have to park somewhere on the street. Make sure to read all the signs to avoid a ticket or being towed. Wish there were reserved spots like the juice bar nextdoor has. 3 Price. Nearly $6 for a cup of boba. Although I understand inflation has led to price increases, I can still get a cup of boba closer to $5 or below with the comparable quality at other locations. I understand this is a new restaurant and a profit needs to be made, but the profit margins are already very high for most boba shops. Please consider dropping the prices just a little bit. You are also competing with Ding Tea Long Beach, which is just around the corner they also charge near $6. Along with competition from CHA for Tea not too far away. 4 Only drinks? You have such a large, nice space that people could sit for hours. It'd be nice if you had some food options, even if it was just pastries. I saw the macarons, but maybe a bit more? If it's just baked goods, how about some croissants, muffins, or something? Popcorn chicken if you want to make food? Start cheap with the pastries, work your way up to making cooked food? Just a thought, because I don't see the motivation to stay for a long period of time with only a drink.
I love the tea here. Everything is made fresh. The staff is super friendly and the tea is always good. I love the tea so much I come here almost everyday to buy one. They also sale cookies, macaroons, and salads. It's a great place to hang out have some tea, coffee or lunch.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
Actually have pretty decent prices on their tea drains considering how expensive they get these days and if you sign up for their rewards program every time you go in there there's certain beverages that are like $4 for large I got to talk to you today extra sweet $4 large I was like wow that's definitely extra extra sweet LOL. Later than ding tea and a lot of the other key places in the area and they're quick and usually not very busy there's also a lot of stuff really close by so it's nice to be able to just pop in and grab some caffeine or a little snack or whatever. Very polite and patient staff, very clean environment. Doesn't reek of bleach though which is nice. Highly recommend this place never been disappointed.
An amazing place for coffee and tea that's what I've had so far. The employees are friendly and will make suggestions is you ask. The interior is modern and is a warming environment. A must see and try if you're in the area. If you live close by this should be your regular place to get drinks.Food: 5/5
Favorite location, really great quality drinks. Hopefully they dont change the recipe/portions of their drinks, Ive gone to other places and they start off really well then "water" their drinks down. Im really impressed with them!!!Food: 5/5
great spot to get your tea and boba fix. they do offer other kinds of drinks. smoothies, coffee, fraps and different snack. parking can be difficult depending on the time of day you arive.
CaliTea is a chill spot. The interior is nice. The customer service is good. There are low sugar tea options. The establishment accepts Samsung Pay.
