UPDATE: I finally received a response and I am grateful that I was fully refunded and also received a coupon for a future purchase. Will consider trying them again and hoping the products will arrive in one piece. Thank you. First time placing an order. All the flowers arrived damaged except for one. So 11 of the 12 flowers were broken and the pieces are so tiny that it would take forever to repair. I reached out the same day I received them but I have not received a response email yet and its been 2 weeks already. I'm very disappointed because I've heard good things about this company but my experience has been terrible.
Best-est place ever to get anything cake decorating/baking related stuff. And customer service is their top priority! Amazing company, if could give more than 5 stars i totally would! Ordering online is super easy, fast and they always have lots of great items on sale. All in all a great great company to work with for cake stuff, minus the actual cake, coz its not a bakery or anything
