Logan sold me A Laptop that I absolutely love! prior to that he also repaired A Laptop for me and was very honest with me when I wanted to upgrade it.He was very patient and offered me Tech support I just really appreciated his honesty and help.

This is the owner.  We had several 5-star reviews dating back several years, but a tech support agent "accidentally" deleted them all when I contacted them for support.  I apologize for any trouble this has caused.

10 STARS ! 
These guys did not charge me for doing a lot of work on my old Macbook!  

I had an old Macbook that would not power up.  They admitted that Mac's were not their forte' but would give it a try.  They called me back a week later and said a new mother board might do it, so I authorized them to go for it.  Alas, the new mother board didn't help the situation.  As it turned out, they fixed my Mac simply by disconnecting the internal battery.  It is basically a transportable desktop right now, but at least it will boot up.

Here's the important part:  They did not charge me one cent to do all that!  Most places (especially in Dallas) would charge through the nose for all that tech work.  I admit that I was not in a hurry for the unit and they back-burnered it.  That's ok with me. I'm really impressed with their honesty, willingness to help people, and overall good attitudes.   

I would definitely recommend them.  They are a little rough around the edges, but that didn't bother me.  They are good people.
