This is a dead church. Pastor Chuck Smith would be ashamed of the way that they treat their fellow brothers and sisters. If you have a service dog, don't come here, they won't let your service dog in. They don't even care that they're breaking the law! Please pray for this church, it's Dead.

Arriving at this church, a large A frame chapel surrounded by pine trees, has the feel of a mountain retreat. As you walk up a smiling 'greeter' will welcome you and help you with any child care or Sunday school aged children placement, where kid loving Bible teachers will ensure their safety. The chapel opens up into a beautifully restored, cedar beamed ceiling; low windows on both sides bring the look of the outdoors inside, and actual church pews for the congregation. The small, friendly regulars made a point of making me feel welcome and I felt right at home immediately. Calvary Chapels are known to be Bible teaching churches. Book by book, chapter by chapter, verse by verse is the only way to actually become educated in the whole Bible. Pastor Larry DiSimone does exactly that, with an application for the passage to whatever is happening in the world and in our lives today. You go home educated and edified. There is a small book store, if you are in need of some devotional material, a new Bible, or some materials for deepening your education for walking with the Lord. After church there is coffee, ice water bottles, bagels and fruit. Sometimes a surprise, home-made, bake sale, with items are available for sale. This church is a little gem, tucked into a beautiful setting, where the Spirit of God loves to welcome us and nurture us. Highly recommend. :)
