Story

We pray that Calvary Visalia Church might be a blessing to you in your walk with the Lord, or in your seeking to find a relationship with God. The Lord has led us here at Calvary Visalia Church to a very simple and consistent vision. We are deeply committed to teaching the Bible in a verse by verse, chapter by chapter, book by book method. The services here at Calvary Visalia are held on Sunday Mornings at 8:30 am and 10:30 am and on Wednesday Evenings at 6:30 p.m. Our Calvary Cafe is open on Sunday morning between services and opens at 5:30 pm on Wednesday evenings.

Calvary Visalia Church, offers a Children’s Ministry at all of our Sunday Morning services and our Wednesday Evening service as well. We also have a beautiful Cafe that offers meals and an opportunity to sit and fellowship with others before each of the services.

Calvary Chapel has been wonderful. The warmth of God's love is felt throughout. The biblical teaching of Pastor Bob is impeccable, one can only receive this kind of knowledge in teaching the Word of God from God himself. Pastor Bob has been blessed with many gifts in which he uses for God's glory.  My 9yr old attends with me as well, he goes to Calvary Kids service. The positive feedback I receive from him shows the fruit of the church's leaders and teachers. I would recommend Calvary Chapel to all who are looking to know Christ and to those who are looking for a church home. The church is non-denominational and the Pastors sermons/messages are straight from the bible.  The members have been more than amazing with showing us great hospitality, kindness and love.

Love my church family at Calvary Visalia. I've been a born again Christian for many years now. And this is one of the best bible teaching churches in Visalia. You can fellowship, learn, and grow in your walk with the Lord. It has been a great blessing from God to be a part of such a loving, caring, and generous Church. Praise be to the Lord for leading me here so many years ago.

A friend of mine invited me to Calvary Visalia. I went on a Sunday morning. It was nice that they have a 10:30 am service. The Cafe is very nice and you can have breakfast and coffee. I've attended a number of different Churches in Visalia. I was immediately welcomed by people that were there. It's a very friendly atmosphere. I like that Pastor Bob Grenier teaches from the Bible. It isn't just a speech. He is actually giving you practical advice on how to apply the Bible and what it means in your everyday life. I'm really glad my friend invited me. I plan on inviting a friend that is looking for a family friendly Church as well. Thank you!

I've been attending Calvary Visalia for a few months. I plan on making it my Church home. My 2 daughters really enjoy it there as well. Friendly church with down to earth people. Not stuffy at all. I am happy that I've found a Church that I like. I really like Pastor Bob. But I'm thrilled my girls love the kids ministry there. They both had a wonderful time at the Vacation Bible School over the summer. It's hard sometimes to find a Church that your whole family likes. So this is an answer to prayer.
