Came down to serve in the flood and these guys are very accommodating. Service was amazing in the interaction with people was Superior period feels like a small little Fellowship though there's a bunch of people that goes there and the love is totally cool! Charge onward ya'll!

So blessed to be able to call this church my home church! Refreshing to know that we are being taught what God intended us to know, going chapter by chapter and verse by verse. To know that we are learning “the whole counsel of God” Acts 20:27 not just the feel good parts. Great church and great foundation!

I love this church. It's an amazing place to learn about Jesus. It's also Wonderful for kids. There's two service times on Sunday (9am and 11am). Wed night service starts at 7pm. We love wed nights!

I think this church is amazing. It's really been a blessing in my life. Regarding the comment about "Lesbian women" which I have no idea what happened. I think it's important to note what the bible says about this issue. Romans 1:26-27 answers this very clearly. “Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even THEIR WOMEN exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.” Clearly, this passage puts lesbianism on equal ground with male homosexuality. Lesbianism is described as women exchanging natural relations (with men) for unnatural relations (with women). According to the Bible, being a lesbian is just as sinful as being a homosexual male. That being said, was it the Pastor who judges or the Lord God.? We're all sinners, but it's important that we acknowledge that sin (whatever it may be) and turn away from it. Everybody is welcomed at Calvary Houston!

Wonderful church family and Pastor. I have learned more about the Bible since attending than all of my previous years elsewhere. This is an amazing Bible teaching church and moving worship services!
