Story

What We Believe


We believe in the Holy Trinity (The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit). GOD There is only ONE GOD: the Creator of the heavens and the earth and of all mankind, manifested to mankind as FATHER (Creator), SON(Savoir), and HOLY SPIRIT (indwelling Spirit) (Roman 8:11).

The Father
God is a spirit (John 4:24), the Eternal One, the Creator of all things: and, of course, of all men, thus making Him their Father (through creation), He is the FIRST and the LAST and beside Him there is no God (Isaiah 44:6). There was no God formed BEFORE Him, neither shall there be AFTER Him (Isaiah 43:10).

The Son
Jesus is the SON of God according to the flesh (Romans 1:3), and the very God Himself according to the Spirit (Matthew 1:23), Jesus is the Christ (Matthew 16:16), the Creator of all things (Col. 1:16,17). God with us (Matt. 1:23); God made flesh (John 1:1-14); God manifested in the flesh (1 Tim. 3:16); He which was, which is and which is to come, THE ALMIGHTY (Rev. 1:8; Isaiah 9:6).

Holy Spirt
The HOLY SPIRIT is not the third person in the Godhead, but rather the manifestation of the Spirit of God (The Creator), and the resurrected Christ, coming to dwell in the hearts and lives of all men, who will be obedient to the gospel, as the Comforter, Sustain-er, and Keeper (John 14:16-26, Rom. 8:11, Acts 2:17-18). So there are not three GODS, but three MANIFESTATIONS of the ONE God. "These three are one" (1 John 5:7).

Mission

Ministry Mission
To let everyone know they can have a New Beginning in God. (2 Corinthians 5: 17-19) “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation”. Calvary Temple Christian Church is built on this foundational scripture. The mission of this ministry is simple, to bring you the gospel (the good glad merry news that will cause a man to leap for joy). To preach faith, hope, salvation, and deliverance back into the hearts of God’s people. With the acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of your life you are assured a New Beginning.
It is imperative that you know that Jesus came to save the world through his death, burial, and resurrection. His return to sit on the right hand of our heavenly father as our advocated confirms his love for both you and me. As you deal with the issues of life know this simple truth "God Is On Your Side". So as we come together, let us do so on one accord that we may walk in the fullness of God's will for our lives. Let us come together with the single purpose of giving God the highest praise for what he has done and to worship him for who he is.
