If I could give this storage unit a 0 star review I would. My husband and I have had a unit reserved for our military move for months. Our movers were running behind and we had to change the date. We called and let the employee that answered the phone know that we wouldn't be there on July 1 as we originally thought but we're still renting the unit and our movers wouldn't be arriving until July 11. Since then we have called twice to try and firm up the details and have received no return phone call. So today my husband went in only to find out that they went ahead and rented the unit that we reserved.  So now we have no place to store our belongings before my husband deploys and were offered no solution. I am highly disgusted with the business practices of this company.
