The personnel that work there are very helpful, and true to their word.  I have purchased several mattresses from this store, all are comparable to other prices I had seen them advertised for, maybe a bit less.

Awful, only gullible people fall for their scam of over priced crap mattress. While purchasing stuff at Lassen's next door, my girlfriend went to the mattress store. She told me she needed one for her grandma. I never really bothered to ask her how much she paid for it until the mattress was delivered to her house.

$170 for a crappy brand, coil, twin mattress! It didn't even come with a boxspring! I showed her a memory foam mattress online for almost the same amount that she paid. I told her to return the mattress. Returning shouldn't have been a problem because we haven't even ripped the plastic off.

For a long time it kept ending up in the voice mail. Finally a lady answered, she sounded friendly at first, but I knew that was only her salesperson tone because as soon as I asked her about returning the mattress she immediately told me to call back to talk to another person.

Instead of calling, my girlfriend decided to go there personally on her own. To make a long story short, they basically denied her saying everyone else wouldn't accept return. Which is clearly not the case these days. Awful customer service.

Camarillo is filled with elderly people they can scam over and over. Protect your loved ones from wasting money and dealing with these awful people! Avoid this place!
