I have been living at the Cambridge Downs Apartments since October.  The few maintenance issues I have had were resolved almost instantly after I put in the work order request. I had major issues with my refrigerator and when it couldn’t be fixed the office was able to replace my refrigerator with a new one. It is a great feeling to know that I am getting the best customer service possible.  When you pay for a place to live you expect for things to get handled.  It is a very peaceful and safe environment.  The staff is amazing, office and maintenance team! They are always compassionate and helpful.  Cambridge Downs thank you for providing good customer service !

This is an excellent place to live! The grounds are always well maintained. All my friends have commented how nice the place looks. Maintenance always takes care of any problem I have from changing a light bulb to replacing a water heater. The office staff and maintenance crew are always friendly and respectful. It's located close to excellent schools, (my daughter's school, which is rated the best elementary school in Gwinnett county is only 4 minutes away) shopping and restaurants, but, it is still quiet and secure. I also love that my church is only 5 minutes away. You want find a better place or price in Gwinnett county.

I don't live on the property my boys do and I have to say it's the worst of the worst. The management team or as i call them a bunch of hateful staff give my boys a hard time no matter the situation. They look the gate when they wanna swim the gym has no air conditioning. The one lady in the office let's her under age grandchild swim while she's on the clock working but God knows let my boys go get in before dad makes  it to the pool and all hell breaks loose. My boys are 14 and 11 both know how to swim and there dad is always behind them by a few mins. Just a hateful place to be. They did respect anyone that can walk or talk.... stay away. Better yet corp needs to Fire everyone in the front and start over.

I have been leaving here with my family before the current property management took over, all together 9 years. I give them 4 🌟, the leasing office strive to make every  resident comfortable. It is an affordable and safe place without a gate system to control the in and out traffic. I have just renewed my lease for one year. As for as pest control, they have an outside pest control service who will treat one's unit upon request. I will recommend anyone without or without a family looking an affordable place to leave in our town. Housing here in Loganville or Grayson is quite expensive, this apartment complex allow to enjoy our town( Loganville) at a decent price.

Currently a resident. I have complained to the office about issues from another resident that lives in a completely different  building. They rent a garage close to my unit, but they park at least 5 vehicles over here at any given time, work on other people's vehicles out of the garage, and the biggest issue is they are making as much noise as they possibly can with their motorcycle. Nothing is being done about this issue and we are feeling trapped because we can't afford to break our lease!
