We've stayed here twice in the last few months. The location is perfect with many restaurants, bars, and shops within a few minutes walk. The rooftop patio is a great spot to hang out. The rooms are large, clean, and have all the amenities one needs. It tends to be reasonably priced as well.

We were upgraded to a king size suite which was amazing. They hosted an hour long reception for manager's night so we got free drinks and food! We decided to stay an extra night in a regular room and although it wasn't as luxurious as the king size suite, we got an amazing view of the harbour! The staff is very professional and friendly, the hotel is very clean too! Great stay, definitely will come back!

Great location, walking distance to the Citadel, shopping and sites. Very clean, comfortable beds, reasonably priced. Costs $20 CAD per night to park, but it's right under the hotel, super convenient.

Really friendly staff. Clean room. Within walking distance to the harbour and next to the citadel. Also lots of restaurants nearby. Lovely rooftop deck also. We enjoyed our stay

Very noisy. No proper sound proofing from the hall way. We could hear casual conversations from people just walking to their rooms. We were woken several times during the night by people returning late from pubs.  Parking is terrible. Close to shops. Best to walk if you can.
