I was seen 8 months ago and was told i had pericarditis.  They were excellent to me and got me out of pain immediately. Insisted i stay for approximately a week. At the time if i stayed and didnt go to work i would of lost my home. I signed out ama. I have missed 1 day of work in a year. I will work through most pain. Friday night i was sent from work to your er by ambulance  to be told i was having muscle cramps n sent home.  I was talked to like a 10 year old child and told my symptoms dont make sense because they are different most every time . So of course ive looked up my symptoms and all of my symptoms are of pericarditis. I will be there in the morning to retrieve my records that have somehow disappeared from 8 months ago. Ill be there holding my chest in more pain that i was friday night and ill be going to a different hospital. I expect my records to be there providing i dont have a heart attack from now until then

I'm here with my dad,  my mom had to have surgery done  first they said to be here at 5am I'm traveling little over 1.5 hour away from just my house,  not to mention my dad car pulling, so as I was saying they said she needed to be here at 5 am but it could possibly change due to emergency surgery which is completely fine! So they called us the day before the surgery and said now to be here at 9 because they will take her back at that time,  we got here sat in the waiting room,  the people at the  front desk was kinda rude   finally got us back to the room and the lady taking her BP act like she didn't know what she was doing she probably have bruised my moms arms...yes I said arms!  She is very easy to get bruised. Finally got her BP but her o2 was low so they had to come back into her room and recheck it,  Her nurse was super nice and so was the lady who did her IV she was not painful and she was super quick and friendly! After waiting 4 hours back in the room when she was supposed to be taken back into surgery at 9 ( is what they told us...they didn't even mention if the Dr got called into emergency surgery or not..or what was even taking so long) me and my dad came back out into the waiting room and kept looking on the TV monitor to see when she is in surgery and she was in preOP  for over an hour, as we sat there the people at the Front desk would get phone calls and call out the first and last name of a patient and say there is a family member on the phone wanting to know are they in surgery ...first of all that's a HIPPA violation and if there was actually a family member sitting in the waiting room and over heard them say that,  they would be in some serious trouble..i know I would be really mad if they did that to anyone in my family...i work at a hospital so I know the HIPPA rights and that's something you don't do! Not once did they do it but twice! Only thing I can say is We will never be returning to this hospital again!

Do not,let Dr Schedule X-ray on week ends. I called first on Saturday to make sure it was ok. I was told yes sure just come in anytime in old ER and walk in. Well I walked in,just as I got close to X-ray Dep. a very nice lady met me in the hall and ask if I was going to X-ray I said yes she went in , rang the bell and said if they don't come out ring it again. I sat there at least half hour ,rang it again. Cleaning guy came out and made a phone call. Said they should be here in min.  I waited and waited,lady came out said she can't pre regster me has to be certain one and she was getting a hold of her. Waited,in the waiting room with not a sole around. I went back to greeter up front she ask " have you not been waited on ?"  I said no,she got on phone,was talking to someone  obviously a tech. Lady said this lady is frustrated and I don't think she is going to stay.they talked and she ask what her name was.after call ,she said she is going to be reported. We decided me come back next day at 1:00pm  and she will make sure someone will be there. We will see. It is next day,11/5/17. Going to be there at 1:00 pm. Can't wait to see what transpires.

This place is a joke the doctor never came back in to check on my old lady ask her some questions and that was it. After they ran a few test and released her she still felt just as bad and found out nothing at all they act like they don't care this place is a joke go to Marietta where they actually care about people and will do what they have to, to figure out what's wrong

The emergency room was by far the absolute worst experience I had ever had. They would not tell my husband a damn thing about my progress, which royally pissed me off. Wouldn't even let him in the room. Who treats someone like that????!!!! You best believe when I go back I'll be letting some people know how I feel. They didn't even send me home with any medication to help me relax, after being in a freakin car accident!!! I all very disappointed with the experience me and my husband had to endure. Will never come to this place again!!!!!
