Terrible customer service. Very disrespectful, and ghetto.. I got hung up on because I had several questions about the assistance that they provide people.. If I could rate lower then one star I would..

Didn't even want to give them one star..I moved in March sent in all my paperwork..my lease and pay stubs..a month went by didn't get anything in mail called and said they've been backed up..fast forward here we are 4 months later still haven't received anything got laid off in June and they still haven't updated my information!..just called and they're still behind this place is terrible! And before I can even finish my sentence they just interrupt and say they haven't worked on a bunch of cases smh..

Been  calling for a month everybody box is full won't take messages they are very disfunctional.out of order no control have no clue what's going on.

This place is horrible! I can never get ahold of anyone and when I finally do their rude/ignorant women who answer the phone hang up on you. I call back and get hung up on again! This place is ridiculous!! If I can give it zero stars I would! You ask for a supervisor, they hand up on you. They don't answer any questions nor help you in anyway!

After being completely treated like garbage by the woman with black hair n scarred chin at window, in all honesty I should file a freaking grievance against her. When I was called back to intake the social worker was nice but I have left my case worker 4 messages in one week and no one has even attempted to return any of my calls. Zero stars, this place sucks!!!
