Waitng area has metal chairs and you pull a number like at the deli counter. You cant ask questions there are multiple signs telling you not to approach the windows.

A lot quicker than it used to be. But, the people are pushy and didn't like to answer direct questions. Furthermore, not only myself but you get the mail for interviews the day of or the day before.

The most insufficient staffing!! I took paperwork in and they lost it. Luckily  I made them stamp The time and date on the originals to prove that I took them in. I was also discriminated against because of my race.
