If you are looking for a " nice quiet neighborhood " this would not be the place for you. In the ads that this business runs it usually says " nice quiet neighborhood in a country setting ". There is really nothing nice and quiet about it. You have people coming in at all hours of the day and night,slamming doors,screaming,hollering,and loud music.The rules are dogs must be on and leash or chain if outside.That rule is not followed nor enforced.Trash is burned in a burn barrel and dump,which stinks to high heavens and can get real smokey.The first few months you will be treated like a human being,after that you are just a money flow in there eyes and they could care less.Good luck on them fixing anything,and if they do its only half assed done.The guy in charge is pretty nosey,he will look in your vehicles,peek in your windows and even enter your unit when  you are gone. If you are still thinking about renting from this place, read the contract thoroughly.and if you still want to rent OH WELL NOT MY PROBLEM.
