Very friendly service.No long wait.I took in my dry clean on Monday and the lady said it would be ready Thursday.I told her I need it by tomorrow night.No problem, it was done by 4:00 the next evening

Lost 5 pairs of my pants in 3 months. And took them a long time to reimburse me. Absolutely a garbage company with terrible customer service and system. If you want to lose your clothes bring them to Camelot cleaners.

If I could leave zero starts I would. My items were supposed to be done as of 7/31. It it now 8/6 and they still aren't done. I've had to stop by the store 3 different times, and they each tell me to call in and check back later. I now received a call letting me know that without my knowledge my items were shipped to a different store, and in transit they lost the tags, so now I need to come and identify my comforter between 3 others. The manager was extremely short to me on the phone. I will never be going back here. Would not recommend them to anyone. As a business that is slacking, you should not expect your customers to make the effort to find out if their items are done or not.
