5 star for this place, we lived here a few years when in Saginaw. rent was affordable and we got a 2BR for little more $ than a 1BR. we were always treated well, liked the space around and access to shopping and surroundings

My name is Christopher Akins & me and my wife jasmine been staying here 3 years. It have been great just a beautiful place to live. You have great staff from the top to the bottom. Great prices nice location wonderful views. Maintenance is great one call and they at the door can not ask for a better place to stay. Did I mention we have a indoor pool and hot tub with a hot showers I can go all day about Camelot Apartments!!! 😁😁😁

I would give ZERO STARS if I could.  I have been harassed and threatened physical harm, my children have been called racial slurs. I have had to start recording my home status every day for the last 3 months because I feel I have to protect myself. I've brought it to the staffs attention. They referred me to the police. The police have made reports stating that this particular person admitted to trying to get me evicted because my family's routine affects her sleep. After this women has come to my home, beating and cursing at my door, terrifying my Young children, I called the police yet AGAIN. When I called the office to notify them that this problem was still happening and that I was in fear of mine and children's lives, they told me that it obviously just two neighbors who don't get along and that it was just as much my problem as hers(the violent neighbor). She has told my children they are bastards, called them racial slurs, has told them she is going to beat me up. I am living in a nightmare. I have never ONCE been late on rent. My children are straight A students, EVERY one of them. Their teachers will tell you they are great kids, but because my schedule doesn't allow my neighbor to sleep during the day she has waged war. I AM a prisoner in my own home. I wish I knew what to do. I've had over 18 years of absolutely perfect rental history. I am mortified that this is my first experience in this corrupt Michigan apartment complex. There are shootings here, drugs being sold in the parking lots, fights between people, huge amount of domestic violence and I'm stuck. PLEASE, keep your family safe, learn from my testimony, things are not always what they seem. They can sugar coat anything, the day time can look like a normal apartment complex. The staff can fake smile and fake help, but when REAL issues arise, they will find a way to turn it on you,or ATTEMPT TO, thank goodness for my intuitive thinking to start recording months ago when this first began.

Have a friend that lives here she had  been stalked by security , so bad that ac neighbor was "busted' don't know what for but know it was up stairs neighbor and cops called this is in one night after he found out where she lives good, nice place good/ reasonable price security, eh... Unneeded amazing location  parking a problem if you have more than one car

The apartment is great for the price and so close to shopping and parks. The people at the office is nice. And the grounds are beautiful. I like my apartment here in
