The people who live here don't seem overly friendly, at least not to strangers.  They seem like stereotypical trailer park people.  A lot of window watching, but not as bad as other places I've been

Nice neighborhood,  pretty quiet, very safe.  Relatively well maintained by residents. HOWEVER,  management is not great. As others have stated,  lot rent is very expensive for what you get in return - terrible snow plowing in the winter,  water will be shut off for several hours about every other month (usually with no notice/explanation... how is this acceptable???), mail boxes are centrally located and literally a mile away from some people's homes.  Lot rent increased significantly in recent years,  though I can't for the life of me figure out where that money is going. Overall,  it's really not bad for a trailer park,  but it ain't great either.

Not good... management is rude and super lazy!! And will act like u owe them sum thing Bin here 4 years now and water get shut off all the time trash company they have is tarable when they pick up your garbage it gets thrown all over the road and once again management says o well pick it up ( I pay rent here so it's not my job to pick it up when I put mine in the can) and they still want over $500 a month and it just went up 25 dollars. The kids parks are so run down and unsafe and have sum nasty profanity all over them they say o well when u say sunthing!! Not the best place!!!! If u can live sum where else pls for your own sanity do it!!! Do not live here!!!!!

My dad used to live here. His neighbors were always so friendly and he was always telling me about how nice the people were who ran the Camlot Village Office. They were always willing to help in any way possible. 5 stars!!!
