They built homes in a community that doesn't want them here. It's nothing more than Corporate greed and lies! Yes, I was at that meeting you lied about. Soon the houses will be done and these vultures will be gone, laughing all the way to the bank. Next is YOUR neighborhood! Beware, they are coming for your land!

The staff and sales people here are super friendly. They are very knowledgeable and will kindly guide you with any homeowner questions and needs.

The houses are very well priced and very roomy with relatively low $/sqft. HOA is low, no mello-roos, and tax rate is normal for LA county. There are 4 plans available, 91 houses to be built in total.

One potential downside is the lack of a backyard. Most of the homes only have a small corner for a backyard. The community pool and small park kind of make up for it. Another downside is the location of the homes. They are pretty inland and take about 10 minutes to get to either the 5 freeway or 57 freeway. It could be an inconvenience and extra time spent in traffic. Otherwise, these houses are a great investment and will definitely sell out quickly.
