Never a bad experience. I stop every time I'm in the area. The cake is moist and great tasting. The prices are average. The service is a bit dry. However the cake taste and price makes me come back.

Fruit flies were in the ice cream and it smells AWFUL in there. I asked the young lady what the smell was she had no ideal, I felt sorry for her working for people whe do not care about their customers. We pay your bills.

Very poor customer service when I came in nobody was upfront so I waited then when the young girl came out she didn't even knowledge me nor did she speak and she was on her phone and went straight to the computer I asked her a question and she looked up at me as if I was crazy then she continued playing in her phone and didn't even look up at me so I just left without buying anything

Just left the Smyrna location. The girl there tonight was less than pleasant! I'm tired of bad customer service. Especially in good places. When you go to Cami Cakes, you are Happy because you know your getting something yummy. The employees need to understand this. I went to finally try the bundt cake and I also bought a slice of key lime. Other than the customer service, the cakes were yummy.  Is a shame!
