I love to eat at Rosanna's. It is a family owned Italian restaurant that is spot on. The meatballs alone are worth the try. Their deli has a nice variety of items to make a very nice take home meal. Don't miss this place.

Stein Mart is my store. I stop shopping. Bargains great sales.  Plus sizes and nice selection of pants and tops. Shoes are good quality. Staff are easy to find and helpful in my best estimation. Clean store and restrooms.

I love 2Good2B and stop there anytime I get a chance. Best blueberry muffins I've ever had. The lemon bar parfait was amazing too.

Lots of easy services including a decent Vons which could be upgraded and a dry cleaner and Supercuts in a few eateries. Probably the nicest thing about the shopping center is the Cinepolis located on the upper tier and Lacosta roasting Cafe. Clean well-kept and safe. They used to have a Baskin and Robbins and it would be nice if someone would open another ice cream place for a late night sweet cravings.
