Beautiful campground!!  Sites were huge and semi-private.  Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.  The restroom and shower buildings were very nice!  I loved the setup of the shower rooms.  They were separate from the restrooms and they are very large.  This is just an amazing campground.   However, I do have a couple complaints.  Because the location is in the middle of nowhere, it is quite a drive to the nearest store or gas station.  So the location is a little inconvenient.  With that said, it would be really nice if their camp store sold some of the basic camping supplies.  All they sell in the camp store is candy, clothes, ice, and firewood.  I am accustomed to camp stores that are fully stocked with camping supplies.  There is not a pool here but there is a lake that is swimmable.  They only have about a half dozen sites that have sewer hookup.  Overall I would absolutely camp here again!

Very clean campsites and public facilities.  Picnic tables and outside grills were all I. Great shape.  Large playing for kids by beach plus a smaller one near campsites.  It is a little bit of a walk to get to beach area.  Water is not very deep which is good for you children.

Lush woods with semi private campsites. Electric and water at almost every site. Some of the friendliest people, as quite a few said hello along the pathways.

This is a perfect place to camp, have a party, open house, anything.  Just go to swim on the beach.  I love it here and it's free to enter

I appreciate the historical roots of this camp. The cabin was a fun and relaxing stay. We will be back.
