My parents where having trouble with their dryer it just wasn't drying. Dad had checked the dryer and that wasn't the problem so they called Campbell and Company. They guys were great. they gave an appointment time and stuck too it which was nice as mom didn't have to wait all day.  The two guys that came where Armando and Jacob both were such great guys. They where efficient and solved the issue. Armando kept us up to date on what was going on every step of the way. Telling us what was going on and why it was important he do the next step. Overall it was a great experience with the company, they solved the issue and made us feel comfortable at the same time.

I recently moved in to a new build and there have been a couple of issues we've had to deal with, getting the kinks out I guess :) Campbell & Company has been so responsive to my calls (great call center - thank you!) and their service tech, Juan Hurtado is wonderful! Very thorough, explains everything, makes sure that I understand, keeps a clean work area and is respectful of my home. I highly recommend Campbell & Company. They stand behind their products and workmanship, and their employees are amazing!

Juan H came today on time and was very polite. He did the service up date and checked my whole system over.  When finished he brought in recommendations for things my system would benefit from, but was informative without being pushy.  He answered all my questions and provided cost analysis for me.  He was such a nice guy.  Thanks Campbell!

We have been a Campbell customer for many years and this past week has shown us how fortunate we are to have Campbell as our service agent. Both Mike and Dustin went the extra mile to determine why our system was not operating as intended. (The system was not installed by Campbell)  After 3 hours of checking static pressure and flow rates a solution was recommended to us. Campbell and Co. stood behind a warranty on a motor that they did not have to  honor, but they did the right thing and honored warranty. This is the why we will  continue to have Campbell and Co. continue to service our systems. They are a first class operation!

Very pleased with Campbell. We just signed up for the annual service plans, HVAC, plumbing, and electric. Getting appointments that were convenient was easy (Erin is great), and the technicians have been professional. We didn't think that we needed a plumbing inspection, but it turns out we really did benefit from that. The electrician, Sal, was fabulous. Can't recommend enough. Thanks!
