After 21 years serving Hernando County we are pleased to be expanding into Trinity and will be opening our second office in December 2014. Monica Haberlin will be your Trinity contact. Went to this firm with high expectations, experience was disappointing. In a nutshell, shuffled to three different CPAs, second would not return my calls. Had to get document from previous accountant faxed twice as they misplaced first fax. When filing deadline came they wanted to do extension, I did not. Initially I received a $1300 refund but was notified by the IRS a form was missing. I secured the form, which I felt was an oversight on the original tax return they filled. Was charged $140.00 for 5 minutes with a CPA and for them to fill,in one form and fax back to IRS with a cover letter. Later had to pay the IRS back $900, I’m having the return reviewed by a different CPA this week.
