Our sump pump overflowed causing flooding in our basement. We called Campbell DKI and they arrived within 15 minutes of calling at 7:30 AM. Their technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and really cared about our home. They brought industrial grade dehumidifiers, heaters and high-speed centrifugal air movers to create airflow across the walls and evaporating moisture. I highly recommend this company and their service!

My water heater valve busted while I was out of town and I came home to a mess. Then the water mitigation company came and tore out my flooring and a foot of the wall down the hallway. Then Tim Holcomb came to do an estimate for the restoration of my home. Soon Marv Cenci came as the project manager. I don't have a lot of experience dealing with this type of situation, but I cannot imagine a better experience and outcome than I received from these gentlemen. These two men and the people that did the work for them were absolutely fantastic. I was kept informed on the process and progress every step of the way. They were extremely professional, friendly and respectful. My home was restored to absolute perfection and I am beyond satisfied. I would recommend Campbell DKI without hesitation to anyone who needs work done on their home. Thank you guys so much!!!
