My husband and I had a wonderful experience  buying our camper from Camping World of Biloxi. The entire staff there are super friendly and helpful. Ricky Hasty was our salesman. He did everything he could to get us into the camper we wanted. Ricky is so patient and works very hard to please you. He wants to make sure all of your questions are answered and you walk away happy from the whole experience. Joe was very thorough when explaining how everything worked on our new camper. We will highly recommend.

Excellent experience. Salesman Barry Jones went above and beyond to help. Service and finance people also made the buying of travel trailer very easy. All of people were very helpful. They made it very informative for someone buying there first travel trailer.
Thank you Barry and all the people that made our stay in Biloxi very enjoyable.

We have looked around for a while at campers to make sure we bought what we wanted. Ricky Hasty could not of been any more of a people person. He was very patient, accommodating and understanding. Everyone we had contact with were very helpful, Andrea, Rick and the guy explaining all the details about the camper. Very accommodating. I would recommend to anyone out there.

We had an all around great experience with Camping World Biloxi for the sale of our new travel trailer. RVing is new for our family, and Ricky Hasty, our salesman, was knowledgeable and patient when we had many beginners questions. Their inventory is quite large these days and he was eager to show us all of the units that we're similar to what we we're looking for. We'd highly recommend Ricky for your RV purchase and we look forward to dealing with Camping World in the future.

Went 24 March 2017 to see about getting the jack stand and water switch fix.  Told to make appointment and it was made for 06 April 2017 and we asked to call us if any changes, never got the call.  We called and they found they were suppose to but didn't.  They said go ahead bring it in.  The person who made the appointment was let go.  This was not good.  Brought the RV in and they took note of the issues and would let us know the estimate.  A week went by but no phone call, so we called 12 April 2017 and was told that  no claim had been made to the insurance about the jack stands.  We made the claim and the service person Catlin would call us with an estimate the next day.  She didn't.  18 April 2017 the estimate was under our deductible and we told them go ahead and fix the RV.  She gave us estimate of about $1600.00.  01 May 2017 still waiting.  Made several calls and they kept telling us they were waiting on the parts.  By this time we were getting frustrated we wanted to go camping.  10 May 2017 went to the Camper World trying to find out if we were ever going to get the RV fix and back, to go camping.  Thank goodness they hire a service manager George that took special interest in our problem.  It still took about another month to get our RV back. George gave us an estimate of about $705.00 but since the parts department got the wrong part the price went up to about $1400.00.  We were so frustrated because we get told things and the other happens.  The problem we have with all this is, we were given a date to bring the RV in and it took over 2 months to get the RV back.  We are hoping that George will get the shop running more efficient but not sure it will.  We got the RV back on 09 June 2017 and all this started 24 March 2017.  We are torn on whether or not to bring our RV back to Camper World.  They did not impress us and for reasons, there was no communications on how things were progressing.  In the beginning we were the problem and later it got better because we had to make them do their job.  I will tell you at one point, it was told to me why don't you just take the RV somewhere else but at that time they already had it a month.  I gave them two stars but I feel like giving them one star.  Hope they change???
