Reading all the reviews makes me wish I had sooner! Bought our 2017 at Camping World Fresno, great salesman. Service Department needs people that know how to give service and keep their schedule, but that starts with the man at the top. Man that runs that department to tell them to do their job. "Service", "Stay on Schedule", keep your word. What you write on the Work Order form...do the job on time.
We called and called with no return calls from anyone we had to go there to check on our job and it wasn't complete yet they had it for 2 months!! Finally after 4 months later...got our RV back all done but all dirty full of spider webs!!! Didn't have the courtesy to wash it before returning it to us. What service???
Is that how you run a business?  Wouldn't it be the Best if your Service Department did just as well as the Sales Department?

I went her to question about RVs, I greeted promptly by a very nice gentleman who spent a lot of uninterupted time with me. Very pleasant experience, no high pressure. I would recommend them if your looking for a RV.

Very service oriented, helpful in locating merchandise, easy check out. Usually it's on-line purchase for me but everything I needed (and then some) was in the store. Impressed!

Good selection, but can find a lot of same products less expensive at Walmart or other RV sites locally.

Very disappointed in Camping World.   Parts person was not very knowledgeable about the products they sale. He had me go measure awning three different ways and still could not figure out the replacement fabric size.   I called Arizona RV parts and the person on the phone knew my size in less than 60 seconds based on the same measurements.   

I am canceling my Good Sam Membership and I will never give Camping World another dollar.
