Went with my parents a few months ago to look at a trailer my mother found online. They purchased it in May. CW was really eager for them to come pick it up once they "took care of all the extras my parents paid for" and turns out when my parents got there to pick it up, nothing was done to it, not to mention their trailer was missing half of the things that come standard. My parents waited 3 hours there for them to get it ready, and when they brought it home (which home is 120 miles away) my parents still had stuff missing that CW said they would get ordered in. The weather package was not done, which my parents paid extra for, the table on the inside isn't even the table that comes with the trailer. They took some random table from another camper that fits the space, but the brackets on the table that connect to the wall do not match up so they can't even use it. The queen bed storage space is missing the spring loaded brackets that hold the bed up, it is missing the out door grill holder on the back bumper, the radio system isn't working. And so they said to bring it back down (120miles) so that they can fix everything, and by the way it will be another month until you get your trailer back? Sorry about your family camping trip you had planned. You could pick it up and take it for the week you need it and then drop it off again, cause that is really convenient. Sales guy won't return phone calls, thanks jerry! Get the sale and see you later, that sounds like great customer service. Your customers are your babies and if you want people to recommend you, you should probably make sure what you sold is what your customer gets, right? Is that not common sense? And you can never get anyone to return phone calls in service. So all in all after reading all these reviews looks like we are not the only ones who had such a great experience!

Wish I would've taken the time to read these reviews before buying from here. They had the trailer we wanted so we went there and actually negotiated a really good price but unfortunately that's where the good ends. When we picked up our trailer they were really rushed to get us out the door as they didn't want to stay a minute past 5. Our salesperson was no where to be found during this process (Cindy) and after we got home and discovered that some of the things we were promised were missing they all of sudden acted like those are extras you pay for and not included with the trailer. (Cindy was very clear during the sale that they are included) but I guess if you haggle them down they just start taking included items away as a way to get it back. I called several times, left several messages and finally after trying to talk to someone in charge was told "we are sorry those should have been there, please come down and pick them up" So I send my daughter to pick them up only to discover when I get home that they gave her the completely wrong item. Called several times again, left several messages, took time off work to go there personally. Finally was told they would make it right only to be given the wrong items again! Now I only go there in person, because they will never return a call. Now they mention to other employees with attitude that they know me by name. (even though I have always been nice and have shopped while there to check on my things). 3 weeks and I still don't have my promised items. So I've given up trying to get what I was promised. I have purchased the items from another dealer as I need them to camp. The service department is of no help, Cam is rude and uncaring. The Parts guys could care less and say they have no way to look up anything about your trailer. There are numerous small parts, screws, hardware and trim that were not set up properly and now I have issues with the bedroom doors not closing properly. No way I am ever going here again. I really hope the Manufacture will let me take it somewhere else for warranty work as this place is Horrible!!!

No customer service. Stopped in while passing through on a trip with a service issue while my trailer was still under warranty. The service rep, Scott, acted like I was inconveniencing him. I explain my issue, he talks to a tech and then tells me how to fix it. They finally have the tech look at it and he says a part needs replaced. He then tells me to call ahead and have another dealership order the part. I had to suggest to him that maybe he should do that. Then he calls one dealer and was absolutely no help.

Looks and acts like a car dealership. We found a trailer we liked, however they forgot to add about $2,000 in fee's to advertised the price. Most of the retail space is dedicated to Pet supplies (not camping supplies). They have different Monday - Friday hours for sales (9-6), Service (8-5, closed 1 pm- 2 pm), and Parts (8-6). Saturday Sales and Parts are 9-6, and service is open 9-1.

good at selling you one but then you are on your own. will NEVER go there again. lots of other places that will treat you good after you buy one. service department really sucks
