We bought a travel trailer at the Byron Ga store. We had a snafu during the purchasing process but it was quickly corrected. We were very impressed by the customer service and standing behind their word and products. We also was super impressed by the amount of knowledge that our salesman Patrick had about the trailers. We are not novice by any means when it comes to travel trailers and to be young and new in the business he was super knowledgeable and informative about different options. We would shop at the Byron location again and will tell our friends about the great customer service we received. Super job Patrick and Zack, thank you for all the hard work and assistance !

Great place for supplies and items needed for RV. RV sales and service, not so much....
Our Sales person Tommy was AWESOME!  Not pushy, nor condescending.  Made our RV shopping experience fun and easy.
However, when it came to financing...VERY frustrating, very unorganized, and Zack made us feel like we were nothing.  He had 4 days to get our papers in order.  When we arrived to sign and make our trade, NOTHING was ready. Therefore, we were there for 4.5 hours before even signing first piece of paper.
Overall, i would rate Tommy 5 stars, Zack in financing 1 star and as finance manager he should know how to use his new PC systems BEFORE working with customers.
Due to our overall experiences I will keep camping world of Macon at a 3 star rating.

Dropped off my fifth-wheel for some work on a water leak, issue with a pressure regulator and wheel hub work (bearings).  Picked it up about two weeks later, all was perfectly fixed.  Jon and Bob were spectacular in explaining what needed to be done, and followed through flawlessly.  I had some additional questions, and Bob was readily available (with a tech) to come out to the parking lot and answer all my technical questions (completely unrelated to the work performed).  Super group, can't say enough about their help and support!  These guys are awesome and exceeded my expectations.

Tommy was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were looking for a great light weight fifth wheel with 2 bathrooms and a bunk room, and he was very knowledgeable about the unit and what we would need to make it a great first RV experience. Bought the Hideout 308BHDS! The price was RIGHT! I highly recommend Camping World in Byron and Tommy!!

My wife and I have spent the last several years looking at campers. Fortunately we were finally in position to purchase one and found a unit we liked at Camping World. Patrick Boehm provided top notch service. He was very patient and did not pressure us when making the deal. He also looked out for us when we inspected the camper, ensuring each fault we found would be fixed prior to pick up. We couldn't be happier and look forward to making new family memories in our new travel trailer! Thanks Patrick!
