Went to look at campers with the family yesterday.  Salesman was very rude.  We found one we liked, we simply wanted 3 questions answered before making a decision, best price, payments and term.  Would not tell us, wanted us to start buying process with no details, even tried to make us do an insurance quote! Salesman lied about another customer wanting the same camper for the price they were asking.  We don't play those games.  Very unprofessional, rude.  We will not buy from this place and will not recommend to others to go there.  They missed a sale and many more!  0 Stars!

Had unit 1 week and the stove exhaust fan stopped working.  Took to camping world for warranty repair.   Had unit 14 days before we were a to to pick unit up.  Colt went above and beyond to ensure we were able to pick up our unit in time to go on vacation.  Courtney in service was wonderful.  Very helpful and great customer service.  The issue with service dept seems to be with the Corp designed processes and not people.  They do however need to work on the communication process with their customers.  There is no communication unless customers initiate it.

Great place to buy an RV and the parts. This is where we bought ours. We were treated fairly. They usually have what you need for the RV. Stop in and see what they've got.

Left camper for 4 days with a Refrigerator issue. Was told technician could not find anything wrong. Picked up camper was charged193.50 for something ??  After plugging camper in when I returned home. Sane issue exist. Called an talked to service department.  They were going to get back to me. Have not. Guess I'll take camper and business elsewhere.
