Such a helpful group of workers! One time, I tried to return a book because I decided I couldn't handle the class and the return date had expired. He couldn't give me a full refund and bought it back and was able to give me some back

Not great deals. They definitely don't price match, they negotiate which is dishonest. They sell you stolen teacher editions which you cannot resell. They will screw up the billing process. Poor management. Even the B&N bookstore can get better deals on most books.
