Always do a great job and never say no to a pickup. Always have the laundry done within 24 hours and it is always clean, folded, and looks great. Definitely the best service in AA

Working for this guy, ADAM. He's a scam artist. He hired minorites to work for him after hours of the Arbor Laundromat in Pittsfield/Ypsi. I worked for him Monday night for 4 hours like he asked. Upon my departure, he had to be woken up by another employee because he sits outside of the business and sleeps in a transit as the workers work and have to wait on him for EVERYTHING. He literally has them wake him to give them more coins after they run out of the limited issues amount. If this isn't the worse part, when payday came around, he'll be busy unless it's after 11pm with no end time. Very unprofessional. If you're the type to get off on modern day slavery or scamming, be my guest and support this business, otherwise don't. This morning I asked again, because as I mentioned to him, it's my money and I've worked for it so I would like to be compensated for my labor. This guy has the audacity to tell me to stop wasting my life and go find a job.lol I believe he thought I qualified for one of his positions because he clearly spoke to me as if I were a lost cause. I have literally one semester left before I receive a degree and plan on furthering my education following the completion of that semester. But it's literally people like this man who, especially in college towns, thrive off of scams like this. God bless those people and I pray they find a way out or maybe someone can help them. Smh I wish I could post this without ANY stars

TL;DR - paid for 8 services, used them twice, clothing came back warped, shrunken, and stained. They did not follow washing/drying instructions. They have not refunded anything. A friend of mine purchased this service for me while I was in grad school, based on the reviews that she read. I needed a lot of clothing washed, and I followed the instructions on their website. I separated everything into bags and provided detailed directions for how things needed to be washed. Very few of my things can go in the dryer. When I got back my first load from them, some of my shirts had shrunk, but I shrugged it off as grad school weight gain. When I got my second load back from them, one of my cashmere sweaters had lost about 2 inches off the sleeves and no longer went past my waist line. Some of my peasant shirts (which should not be dried with heat) became warped at the seams. One pair of pants came back stained. Two shirts had elastic bands across the midsection, and they lost their elasticity completely after being washed by this company. Another shirt had warped sleeves (somehow, half of the sleeve shrunk and the other half didn't). I called them and emailed them multiple times, as did the friend who purchased the service for me. They never contacted her back, and they only contacted me back when I left an angry rant on their voicemail. They told me that they followed my instructions directly, and that they take extra care with women's clothes because women are pickier. After talking to them further, they admitted that they heat dried some of the items because without doing that, they wouldn't have made a 24-hour turn around, despite being specifically told to not do that. They offered to stretch out my cashmere sweater, but made no offer for any of my other clothes and offered no refund. I'm writing this review now because this was over 6 months ago, and even though my friend paid for 8 weeks of service, they have not yet refunded her money. I used them twice, and my clothing got ruined during those two washes. They haven't even refunded her for the 6 unused weeks.

If you do not use this service, YOU NEED IT IN YOUR LIFE! Campus Laundry On Wheels is the best laundry service I have ever used. Hands down Adam and his team are the best in town! I had a big order 372 lbs of dirty laundry. When Adam told me he could have it washed, folded and delivered in twenty four hours, I had my doubts. Sure as the sun rises, Adam showed up on time with all 372 lbs of laundry, washed folded and smelling fresh. As an educated consumer I shopped around first, NO ONE could beat Adam's prices, delivery timeframe, or his customer service. Campus Laundry On Wheels has made a life long customer out of me.

I have had only positive experiences with Campus Laundry on Wheels and cannot recommend its services highly enough. For anyone with a very demanding schedule, this service is worth every penny. Within 24 hours, you have your clothes laundered, folded, and organized. Everything always came back clean and nothing ever went missing. The pick up and drop off is all done through text message, which makes it easy and convenient. They are willing to work around your own schedule and are super accommodating to the busy student schedule. These guys are the best!
