Campus Parc is absolutely ridiculous. This morning on my way to work I try to scan in my parking pass and it isn't working ... so I try the other scanner and it isn't working. At this point, I take a ticket so I can get into work on time. After work, when I'm trying to leave of course it will not let me exit and an attendant (finally) comes over and I explain the situation, but instead of being understanding I get rude, unhelpful responses. Even though I pay a ridiculous amount each month, I have to now pay more because the machine wasn't working properly? How is that fair? At the very least, the attendant could have helped troubleshoot the problem. I expressed concerns about the same thing happening tomorrow, these concerns were ignored. He said I could file a dispute, laughed, then said it would not be in my favor. I don't like to complain and dwell on the negative, but I felt like I was treated so poorly and for no reason. On top of that I already pay so much for a parking spot, and I have to pay more even though this was in no way my fault (my vehicle is registered, I had the hang tag/parking pass) Now tomorrow, when I go into work I can only hope that these machines work because I have little faith in the "attendants"

If you are in the garage for 5 minutes and can not find anywhere to park, they charge you 1.75 to leave. even though you never parked. Riverside and children’s both are $2 a day. If OSU wants to hurt these people into their campus, go somewhere else completely. This place has knocked the price to park up over 3 dollars in 3 years since they started making it where you have fewer places to park. Just go to a different hospital.

The absolute worst part of Ohio State. Overpriced and are not helpful at all. Their new scanning system sucks. One day I couldn't get out bc it wasn't recognizing my code so I called for help. One of their "attendants" came 30 minutes later....causing me to miss an interview. Then I got fined $45.......when I pay $80 a month. F U, campusparc.

The system is terribly flawed. The people (employees) are okay and often kind, but if I could give campus parc as a parking system a -5 Star, I would. Passes are over priced and over sold. My students are rountiely late because they is “no parking” on this huge campus... and I believe them. Only functional if your okay with driving around for an hour during prime campus business hours.
